1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Runtype(“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these terms. The Service is operated by Travrse Labs, Inc. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
You may use Runtype to build, deploy, and manage AI-powered products within the limits of your subscription plan. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or process through the Service. We do not claim rights to your prompts, flows, agent configurations, or execution outputs. We may process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
4. Billing & Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Execution overages are billed at the rates specified in your plan. You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the billing period.
5. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.
