Vector Search Built-In Tool

The built-in vector-search tool is now registered and available to agents and flows, unlocking semantic search over configured knowledge bases. It routes through the existing execution path and supports pgvector, Weaviate, and Vectorize-backed stores.

That gives Runtype a straightforward retrieval primitive for RAG-style workflows without custom tool wiring.
