Spend caps and clearer pay-as-you-go billing
Set a monthly dollar cap, see credit and billed spend at a glance, and understand where usage and prompt-cache savings come from.

Billing and usage now tell one clear pay-as-you-go story, with a guardrail you control.
- Monthly spend caps. Account owners and organization admins can set a dollar cap from Billing. New executions pause when the cap is reached, and the same gate applies across direct runs, batches, evals, surfaces, and scheduled work.
- Credits first. Billing leads with your available platform credit and month-to-date billed spend, with plan and payment details kept close but out of the way.
- Scannable usage. Usage starts with total spend, executions, average cost, and prompt-cache savings, then breaks costs down by model and built-in tool.
- Campaign credit redemption. Eligible campaign codes can be redeemed during signup or later from Billing, and the granted credit appears in the same balance.
Bring-your-own-key status, billing controls, and usage details remain available without mixing list-price model usage with the amount actually billed by Runtype.
