Smarter Messaging Surfaces

Surface traits now drive behavior like hint injection and reasoning stripping from one shared metadata layer, replacing scattered per-surface conditionals. Messaging surfaces also gained configurable inbound and outbound formatting with auto, custom flow, and passthrough modes.

Together, those changes make email, Slack, SMS, Telegram, and related channels feel more native while keeping agent output cleaner and easier to control.
