Granola integration

Connect Granola as a first-class integration: agents and flows can read meeting notes, transcripts, and folders, and a ready-made template reacts to new meetings on a schedule.

Runtype now connects to Granola, so your agents and flows can work with meeting notes without a hand-rolled HTTP tool. Paste a Granola API key (available on Granola Business and Enterprise plans) and the connection is verified live before it saves.

  • Curated read tools. List meeting notes, fetch a single note with its AI summary, pull the transcript, browse folders, and search recent notes by title or attendee.
  • Structured output. Notes come back as JSON with summaries, attendees, calendar events, and folder membership intact, ready for downstream steps.
  • React to new meetings. A "New Granola meeting notes" flow template polls on a schedule using the last run time as its cursor, dedupes with record upserts, and fans out per note: summarize a sales call, update your CRM, post to Slack.
  • Explicit credential binding. Each Granola tool instance names its connection or a secret reference. Nothing is granted implicitly.

Only fully processed notes are visible, and transcripts follow your Granola plan.
